At Dlolaventure, we want you to love your purchase! if you're not satisfied, here's how we handle returns and refunds:

• Returns: you can return unworn, unwashed, items within 14 days of delivery. Tags must be attached.
• Refunds: Once we received your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Exchanges: Defective or incorrect items can be exchanged. Contact us for instructions.
